Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Description

Eucalyptus essential oil works as an expectorant and helps cleanse your body of toxins and harmful microorganisms that can make you feel sick. One very effective way to utilize the benefits from this tremendous oil is to put a few drops in a diffuser or vaporizer before going to bed.  Breathing the fragrant aroma helps bring about a restful sleep.

Another effective way to receive the benefits of Eucalyptus essential oil is to place 10 drops in a cup of boiling water, then drape a towel over your head to make a tent.  Inhale the vapors for 5-10 minutes as often as desired.

Hair and scalp may be treated with Eucalyptus oil by mixing a few drops in a carrier oil, such as coconut or olive oil.  Massage into the scalp to treat dandruff or itchy scalp.  It also works as a natural treatment against lice.

The oil works beautifully as a cleanser.  Mix a few drops in epsom salts to remove grease from hands or add to bath for a soothing soak.

Also works well to remove pet odors and stains.
